Anyway, he spoke to The Wrap about what we can expect to see during this year’s ceremony and he revealed that Kendrick Lamar’s performance is ‘controversial.’
“Kendrick Lamar is going to do something very controversial,” the host said. “And that’s what art is about. It’s not about whether you agree or disagree, it’s about it stimulating conversation and provoking people to have conversations about society.”
Considering the outrage that Beyoncé’s Super Bowl halftime performance has drawn thus far, we can only imagine the reactions to whatever Kendrick might have up his sleeve.
