Did you know that Blac Chyna’s lawsuit against the Kardashians is still in the courts?
We thought it was said and done — but apparently not.
Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit in 2017 against the family over claims of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation and interference with prospective economic relations.
In new documents, Kris Jenner has requested that Blac Chyna turn over all text messages and emails that she sent to ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian from Dec. 1, 2016, until present.
She’s also requesting all contracts related to her Rob and Chyna’s now-cancelled reality show, “Rob & Chyna.”
If you recall, Blac Chyna believes the family purposely had their show cancelled.
Kris Jenner also requests for Blac Chyna to “describe each occasions on which you have been arrested or publicly accused of assault, battery and/or any other acts of physical violence against other PERSONS from January 1, 2008 through the present.”
As for why this is all relevant — Blac Chyna’s lawsuit alleges that “Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show [‘Rob & Chyna’], which had already begun filming a second season.”
Her suit also claims that Rob physically abused her.
