Is Kimora Lee Simmons pregnant?

According to Page Six, the 39-year-old mogul is expecting her fourth child with husband Tim Leissner.

The couple as spotted out to eat at Gallaghers Steakhouse in Midtown on Saturday night and it could be that they were celebrating the good news. Kimora’s reportedly four months along.

Kimora already has two daughters, Ming, 14, and Aoki, 12, with ex-husband Russell Simmons, and a son, Kenzo, 5, with actor Djimon Hounsou.
