Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were spotted arriving at Cedars Sinai hospital to visit Lamar Odom on Thursday.

We’re sure Khloe would have gone, but she’s still recovering from her staph infection and isn’t allowed near Lamar until she’s 100% infection-free.

It’s nice that Kim and Kanye spent time with Lamar — especially since he had to spend Thanksgiving in the hospital.
