West has demanded federal judge toss a breach of contract lawsuit filed against his controversial 2020 presidential campaign committee, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

The Texas-based SeedX, a digital marketing firm, is seeking $2 million in unpaid bills after it spearheaded Kanye’s last-minute campaign during the 2020 election cycle that garnered a paltry 70,000 votes nationwide.

The lawsuit also named notorious Republican strategist Nathan Sproul and his two firms, Lincoln Strategy Group and Fortified Consulting of pocketed millions from Kanye’s campaign – but allegedly refused to pay SeedX for its work, the lawsuit charged.

In court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Kanye claimed the committee had nothing to do with the transaction — pointing the finger at Sproul and his two Arizona-based companies.

“SeedX never pled these services were ordered by Kanye 2020, as opposed to Sproul, Lincoln, and Fortified,” the singer’s renowned lawyer Amy M. Iberlin stated in court documents filed in Wyoming federal court.

“SeedX even admits it had no written contract with Kanye 2020, instead, all contract negotiations were with Sproul, Lincoln, and Fortified,” the court documents stated. “SeedX further pled Kanye 2020 paid Fortified over $4.7 million based upon Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports, a telling admission of Kanye 2020 contracting only with Fortified or Lincoln, not SeedX.”

“Their plausibility fails even the most lenient review. They should be dismissed with prejudice.”

The lawsuit is another black eye for the dysfunctional committee which has been accused of alleged “fraud and malfeasance” by its former treasurer Devin White and powerhouse attorney Bruce Fein, who filed complaints with the FEC and the FBI in July.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Fein and White ripped the lid off the slipshod campaign bookkeeping and revealed alleged illegal payments to its campaign manager and alt-right provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos.

Fein and White charged the UK-born Yiannopoulos may have already broken the law by working on the campaign as a foreign national – which is strictly prohibited under the Federal Election Campaign Act — and allegedly supplying improper receipts for $13.5 million in campaign expenditures.

Kanye’s renowned attorney Bruce Marks has vehemently denied the allegations and charged White and Fein are disgruntled former workers.

The SeedX lawsuit however revealed Gold Digger singer’s campaign was a farce designed to allegedly boost his already high-profile image and set the stage for other political projects.

“The campaign was less about actually winning a presidential election in 2020, and much more about raising money and a national profile for the candidacy, and for subsequent political activities in the future,” the complaint read.

A judge has yet to rule.
