Are you looking forward to a ‘Get Out’ sequel?
The film’s producer, Jason Blum, says he’s down to do it so long as Jordan Peele is attached to it.
In a chat with Variety, he said he’d jump at the chance to continue the Get Out story and revealed that Jordan is considering it.
“If Jordan wants to do a sequel, I’ll do it in a second,” he told the publication, “but it has to come from Jordan Peele. I think he’s flirting with the idea.”
Jordan Peele has yet to confirm a second installment, but he has said in the past that he put some serious thought into it.
“I can tell you I will definitely, seriously consider it,” he revealed back in February. “I love that universe and I feel like there is more story to tell. I don’t know what it is now, but there are some loose ends.”
A sequel doesn’t seem like a good idea to is, but a complementary film set in the same ‘universe’ sounds better. What do you think?
