We knew it was going to happen, but Adele’s ’25’ has OFFICIALLY broken the U.S. record for most albums sold in a single week.
Adele’s album, thus far, has sold a whopping 2,433,000 copies and beat the previous record held by *NSYNC who sold 2,416,000 units of their album No Strings Attached back in 2000.
.@Adele's projected first-week sales would be equivalent to her selling 7.59 million units in 2000 https://t.co/p2jXv8mJET
