Holiday Cheer: Sia Stops by Walmart and TJ Maxx to Pay for Customers’ Items [Video]

Grammy-nominated singer Sia surprised shoppers across Palm Springs, California on Wednesday afternoon by paying for their various items.

Viewer video shows Sia going from register to register at the Palm Springs Walmart. Viewers told News Channel 3 when asked who she was, Sia claimed her name was “Cici” and that she had just won the lottery.

Viewers said most shoppers didn’t recognize the popstar, after all she is famous for her face-covering wig. One viewer said she only realized it was her after reviewing pictures.

Other viewers said they also saw Sia at the Tj Maxx on E Palm Canyon Road in Palm Springs doing the same thing.

Sia has a bit of history here in the desert. According to Variety, she bought a home in Palm Springs in 2013. US Weekly reports she got married in her Palm Springs home back in 2014.
