A photo of Beyoncé giving apparent side-eye to a man sitting next to Jay Z at the NBA Finals the other night quickly went viral, and now that man is telling the true story of what happened!
Steve Cespedes, the lucky guy who was sitting in courtside seats, saw the photo going viral during the game and showed it to Beyonce.
Bey then came up with the idea of taking a fun photo of herself really staring into Steve‘s eyes, which he posted on Twitter.
“I’m the dude in the picture. Both Beyoncé and jay z were beyond polite and very gracious. The pic was her idea,” Steve tweeted to the Huffington Post. “I showed her the huffington post tweet, we thought it was funny, she came up with this idea.”
