Too Fab reports that the Billboard Music Awards are preparing for a top secret Michael Jackson-inspired performance for this Sunday’s show.
While very little information has been given, what we can confirm is that you will not see a MJ tribute. Also, this special segment is supposed to make the Tupac hologram performance from Coachella look “like a 1980s video game.”
A source said the arena looks like a “world on stage that captures the essence of Michael, all the excitement and magic that is MJ.”
Lastly, music from the king of pop’s posthumous album Xscape, will be included.
So, we know it’s not a tribute.
And of course Michael Jackson won’t be showing up on stage.
