Tracy Morgan is still undergoing physical therapy and rehabilitation following the accident involving a Walmart 18-wheeler that nearly killed him.
The NY Post spoke with his lawyer Benedict Morelli and asked if Tracy will be aver to perform again.
“The jury’s still out. The doctors don’t know the answer. I don’t know the answer,” said Morelli.
Earlier this week it was revealed that Walmart blames Tracy for the accident (although it was THEIR driver who rear-ended him).
“After I heard what Walmart said in court I felt I had to speak out,” Morgan said in a statement. “I can’t believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused.”
“My friends and I were doing nothing wrong,” Morgan continued. “I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time.”
