Divorce Drama: Sherri Shepherd's Husband Seeks Sole Custody of Their Unborn Surrogate Child

Sherri Shepherd is in for a messy divorce.

Not only did Sherri’s husband Lamar Sally file for a separation (preceding Divorce), but in the filing he revealed the two are expecting a son via a surrogate and he wants full custody!

The child, listed as Lamar Sally Jr., is due July 28th 2014. Sally is asking for full physical and legal custody with visitation rights granted to Sherri. He’s also requesting spousal support and that Sherri pay his legal fees.

Damn.
