Empire star Derek Luke is speaking out on Instagram in response to criticism over who he chose to marry.
Derek frequently shares snaps of himself and Sophia — his wife of 17 years — but now the success of Empire has put more light on their union and he discovered that someĀ fans aren’t happy he married someone who isn’t black.
