Cynthia Bailey Reportedly Suing Ex-Husband Peter Thomas Over $170,000 Loan for Foreclosed Nightclub

Cynthia Bailey has married and moved on with new husband Mike Hill, but she’s still tying up some loose ends with ex-husband Peter Thomas.

According to reports, she’s suing Peter over a $170,000 unpaid loan resulting from his failed Bar One lounge in Atlanta.

After the initial Bar One was foreclosed, apparently Cynthia gave Peter some money to open the new location — but that location is now also in foreclosure.

Cynthia has filed a lawsuit seeking to recoup the $170,000 she lent Peter for the new location.
