Chris Brown was set to headline the Energy Rush festival in Halifax, Toronto, Saint John and Winnipeg, but has canceled due to health related issues. The cancellations have forced promoters to cancel the entire festival.
In a statement released on Monday to Bang, Drop Entertainment Group, who were behind the festivals said:
‘After ongoing conversation and consultation with this year’s headline act, Chris Brown, and in light of the performer’s recent personal and health-related issues, a decision has been made to cancel all four scheduled performances.’
Energy Rush festival was unable to continue without a headline act and has has postponed the event until next year. This is the same festival that received tons of angry protests following Chris’ announcement as headliner. Read more about that here. [MO]

UPDATE: Just as we finished posting this story, we came across pictures of Chris Brown partying in Las Vegas over the weekend at Foxwoods Resort & Casino. He also took the mic for a mini-performance.
