Blac Chyna Scores Legal Victory Against Rob Kardashian, Unaired ‘Rob & Chyna’ Footage Must Now Be Turned Over

Can you believe that in 2020 Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are still battling it out in court over their failed reality show?

Well, they are — and Chyna just scored a bit of a victory by forcing the Kardashians to hand over unaired footage from both ‘Rob & Chyna’ and ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians.’

A judge has ordered Bunim/Murray Productions, the company behind the defunct reality show, to hand over unaired footage from what would’ve been “Rob & Chyna” Season 2.

Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, told Page Six the unaired footage shows Rob Kardashian by then-fiancée Chyna’s side, expressing his love for her, after she underwent a medical procedure.

The judge also ruled that unaired footage from “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” filmed in March 2017, must also be handed over. The unaired “KUWTK” footage shows Chyna and Rob working on their relationship and co-parenting their daughter, Dream Kardashian.

Among Chyna’s allegations is claim that Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner secretly defamed Chyna and illegally interfered with Chyna’s “highly lucrative contract” with the E! Network/NBCUniversal, Ciani said.  Their alleged “illegal interference” caused the cancellation “Rob & Chyna.”

Bunim/Murray must produce the unaired Season 2 “Rob & Chyna” and “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” footage to Chyna within 45 days.

A source told Page Six that Rob didn’t participate in the hearing because it wasn’t relevant to the case.

“We have not filed an opposition to the court for this request because the footage has no impact on the case,” Rob’s attorney, Marty Singer, told Page Six in a statement. “However, we have requested Blac Chyna’s OnlyFans footage and she has refused to release that footage to us.”

Chyna sued the entire Kardashian-Jenner family in October 2017 over claims of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation and interference with prospective economic relation in regards to “Rob & Chyna” being canceled.

Rob’s attorney, Marty Singer, previously claimed that the E! reality series was canceled because the then-couple had called it quits.

This is getting ready to turn into a smear campaign on both sides.
