Blac Chyna Says Strangling Rob Kardashian with an iPhone Cord was Self-Defense

By now we all know the story of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian getting into a massive argument a few days before Christmas 2016 which allegedly led to Chyna strangling Rob with an iPhone cord.

Well, now she’s demanding his lawsuit be tossed out and says that the alleged violence against the father of her child was purely self-defense.

via The Blast:

On December 19, Blac Chyna fired back at Rob Kardashian’s lawsuit over an alleged assault from Christmas 2016.

Chyna denies all allegations of wrongdoing or that she caused any damage to either Rob or Kylie Jenner. She argues any alleged forceful conduct on her part was “caused and necessitated by the actions of Plaintiffs, and was reasonable and necessary for Defendant’s self-defense and defense of others”

Chyna is demanding the entire lawsuit be dismissed and that Rob not be awarded a dime.

The Blast broke the story, back in September Rob sued his baby mama for assault, battery and vandalism.

Kylie Jenner also sued Chyna in the same suit accusing her of vandalizing her house that she was renting to Rob. She estimated the damage to be in excess of $100,000.

Rob alleged Chyna went ballistic on him even tried to choke him with an iPhone cord. He claimed she consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol on the night of December 14th, 2016.

He claims Chyna lunged towards him with the iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle him with the cord around his neck. He says he was able to get away from her, but she “chased” after him and “repeatedly struck him in the head and face.”

Rob said Chyna then continued to trash the home he was renting from Kylie. He claimed she damaged a television, broke down a door, damaged the walls, destroyed cell phones and even smashed a gingerbread home that was made for the holidays

The Kardashian legal team is STRONG. Best of luck to Chyna.
