Bill Cosby Pleads Not Guilty, Out on $1 Million Bail in Andrea Constand Sexual Assault Case

Bill Cosby has been arraigned in court for his sexual assault charges in the Andrea Constand case.

The 78-year-old reportedly plead not guilty in court, and was given a $1,000,000 bail for his crimes. He posted bail (10%) and will remain free until his court date, USA Today reports.

In addition to pleading not guilty, Bill had to surrender his passport so he can’t leave the country. His court date has been set for January 14.

If convicted, Bill could face up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
