While many have taken to Twitter to rally behind Meghan Markle ahead of her prime time interview with Oprah. Former reality Tv Star Bethenny Frankel felt she needed to add in her two cents saying she felt no sympathy for the Duchess of Sussex.

In a series of tweets Bethenny reacted to the drama surrounding the actress-turned-royal. “Not since @MonicaLewinsky interview, have people been obsessed with a young female interview like this #MARRY interview. Remember the famous lip gloss?” the reality TV star wrote.

She didn’t stop there, Frankel then went on to say that the former actress is having a pity party, “Cry me a river…the plight of being a game show host, fairly unknown actress, to suffering in a palace, w tiaras & 7 figure weddings for TWO WHOLE YEARS to being a household name w @Oprah on speed dial, fetching 7 m for interviews, hundreds of millions in media deals.” It’s worth noting that the 7 million dollars is the licensing fees that CBS paid, Harry and Meghan got nothing for this interview.

But she feels that Prince Harry deserves a pass in this situation.

After Bethenny let those tweets fly, Black Twitter had a field day bringing in receipts of the reality star problematic past when it comes to Black Women.

Across the board people didn’t seem to appreciate the comments especially since Prince Harry and Meghan are in this situation because of the bullying and racism that spewed in the British press.

You can surely expect Bethenny to issue a bland apology how she isn’t racist or didn’t mean it that way. It’s the same apology they all seem to pass around. Save the apology, just do better.
