Antonio Brown Says He’s Done Playing in the NFL After Getting Released From the Patriots

Antonio Brown got dropped from the Patriots on Friday — and now, on Sunday, he says he’s done playing in the NFL altogether.

He also took a shot at Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

“Will not be playing in the [NFL] anymore these owners can cancel deals do whatever they want at anytime,” he wrote. “[W]e will see if the [NFLPA] hold them accountable sad they can just void guarantees anytime going on 40m 2 months will see if they pay up !”

He then compared his pending sexual assault case to the legal issues that Robert Kraft faced this summer.

“Kraft got caught in the parlor AB speculations fired different strokes different folks clearly,” Antonio wrote in a tweet featuring a picture of himself and his accuser, Britney Taylor.

According to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport, several Patriots told the front office that they were not on board with Kraft’s decision to release Antonio.
