In November last year, a judge awarded Stewart, 44, a ‘default judgment’ against Caldwell, who failed to turn up to the proceedings.

Then on March 10, according to documents seen exclusively by DailyMail.com, Stewart was awarded $1.5 million in general damages and $1.5 million in punitive damages as his reputation was ‘significantly’ hurt by the claims.
