50 Cent has to cough up a lot of dough for leaking – and even narrating – Lavonia Leviston’s sex tape back in 2009.
For those of you unfamiliar with the case, Lavonia is the mother of rapper Rick Ross’ child, and 50 leaked the video as a diss to the Maybach Music Group founder.
Unfortunately for 50, he’s been ordered to pay Lavonia $2.5 million for using her image without her permission and another $2.5 million for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
But that’s not it; 50 may be ordered to pay even more after the jury deliberates on punitive damages.
Ouch!
For 50’s sake, we hope it was worth it…
