Justin Bieber isn’t the only popstar actively trying to take care of his mental health.
Former One Direction member Zayn Malik has pulled out of his Capital FM Summertime Ball performance due to an anxiety attack.
He took to Instagram to explain his situation, writing:
“Unfortunately my anxiety that has haunted me throughout the last few months around live performances has gotten the better of me.”
