HBO premiered the trailer for its new series Ballers moments ago.
The comedy series (which actually strikes us as a drama from the preview) stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as a retired football player who mentors current and former players.
The 30-minute series will have a 10-episode first season run and is set to debut June 21 at 10 p.m.
Rob Corrdry, Omar Benson Miller, John David Washington, Donovan Carter, Troy Garity, Jazmyn Simon and more star. Also look out for former Destiny’s Child member LeToya Luckett to recur in a role.
