T.J. Holmes, longtime CNN Anchor and host of BET’s Don’t Sleep received the Hennessy Privilege Award on Tuesday in NYC. The award ceremony took place at the trendy Catch Rooftop. T.J. was presented the award by Hennessy USA – Senior Vice President, Rodney Williams and during his acceptance speech, T.J. reminded the crowd to watch his show:
“Coming to BET was more about the opportunity here,” said T.J. Holmes. “I have options, believe me; but I wanted to come here so we as a community can have conversations honestly with each other that are like nothing else you’ll see on TV.”
