Serena Williams has the following message for her body-shaming critics: Strong is beautiful.

The 21-time Grand Slam champion took to Instagram this morning to share a photo of herself in a midair split. She captioned the photo, “Fearless #strongisbeautiful Just do it.”

Serena’s inspiring message comes nearly three weeks after J.K. Rowling clapped back at a hater who argued that the Williams sister is built like a man.

Serena begins competing for her fifth consecutive Grand Slam title at next month’s US Open.
