Singer Boy George made a shocking revelation during a recent taping of The Voice UK — a revelation SO shocking that it shut down production until the audience could calm down.
The 54-year-old told audiences that he slept with legendary rocker Prince. THE Prince.
George’s revelation came during a cheeky discussion with judges Will.i.am, Ricky Wilson, and Paloma Faith about who they had worked with in the past. George boasted, “I have duetted with some of the greatest soul singers in history, including Luther Vandross and Smokey Robinson.”
Paloma wasn’t about to let George show everyone up and said, “Well okay, if we’re throwing big soul names out there, I’ve performed with Prince.”
A source told the Sun, “We just couldn’t believe what he had come out with – and the guys in the gallery were beside themselves. The crowd went absolutely wild because they thought they had just witnessed a massive celebrity exclusive. The other judges thought it was brilliant, particularly Will.i.am.”
“He kept coming up to Boy George and high-fiving him, which just set the crowd off again.”
It’s been reported that Boy George began backtracking on his claim that he slept with Prince shortly after things calmed down, saying in reality he only had his poster on his wall.
