Apollo just launched a new workout program called Nida Fitness 4%.
The program’s name is to help promote one hour of exercise per day; 4% is equivalent to one hour out of a 24-hour day.
The program’s newly launched website is selling waterproof USB wristbands to help keep on-the-go professionals fit despite their busy schedules.
