‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ star, Chi Chi DeVayne, has passed away at the age of 34.
Chi Chi is the stage name of Zavion Davenport who appeared on the eighth season of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race.’ She also starred in the third season of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars.’
News of her passing comes just days after she took to Instagram to share that she was hospitalized with pneumonia and asked fans for prayers.
She was also admitted to hospital with suspected kidney failure in July.
Chi Chi lived with scleroderma, a rare, potentially life-threatening condition caused by the immune system attacking the tissue under the skin, and around internal organs and blood vessels, which can also cause scarring and thickening of tissue.
