Amanda Bynes looks well on her way to recovery as she was seen spending quality time with her parents Lynne and Rick Bynes and their dogs.
The 27-year-old actress has been under the care of her parents since leaving UCLA Medical Center in Malibu earlier this month, where she was being treated for schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder.
She was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold in July when her erratic behavior became too much to handle, culminating in a bizarre incident during which she started a small fire in a stranger’s driveway in Thousand Oaks, California, and accidentally dousing her pet dog with gasoline.
Her mother Lynn was granted a temporary conservatorship over her daughter in August, but she will continue to have control over her well-being and finances indefinitely
Amanda is said to have enrolled in FIDM in order to pursue a career as a fashion designer.
