Phaedra Parks is selling her home.
According to listings, Phaedra’s selling her 4 . bedroom, 6 bath home for $1.195 million.
She bought the property in 2013 for $845,000. Initially, she tried to sell the home back in July for $1.499 million — but had to lower the price.

Her listing comes a few months after she attempted to rent out her newly-purchased Atlanta home for around $10,000 a month.
We imagine since she’s selling this home, she’ll now be moving into that one.
Or maybe she’s ridding herself of both. Who knows?
