Not So Fast! Beyoncé and Jay Z Did NOT Purchase $93 Million Mega-Mansion

A few days ago, a report surfaced that Beyoncé and Jay Z were about to drop $93 million on a massive 10 bedroom, 20 bathroom, mega mansion in the exclusive Los Angeles-area neighborhood of Holmby Hills.

According to listing agent Ginger Glass at Coldwell Banker Previews International, that is NOT the case and the ultra-luxe home is still available for purchase.

“Contrary to speculation about Jay-Z and Beyonce, 301 Carolwood Drive is not in escrow and is still available for purchase.”

So, no L.A. mega-mansion for Bey and Jay…at least not yet.
