Kim Kardashian and Kanye West made their first appearance following the announcement of Kim’s pregnancy last night in Las Vegas. The parents to be partied it up at 1 Oak Nightclub where Kim reportedly earned $300,000. If you’re looking to see a baby bump, it might be a bit difficult because it’s well hidden in a sheer black lace dress by Julien McDonald.
