Kendrick Lamar Unveils Controversial Album Cover [Photo]

A picture is worth a thousand words, but we’re thinking Kendrick Lamar’s alleged cover for his sophomore album – or the followup to good kid, m.A.A.d city if you count Section.80 as the first – is worth a bit more.

Unveiled last night on the rapper’s Instagram, the black and white artwork sees a host of shirtless black boys and men posing with wads of cash and what appears to be 40 ounce beers in front of the White House. At the bottom of the artwork lies a Supreme Court judge with his eyes crossed out.

Although the title of the album is unclear, based on the caption, To Pimp a Butterfly seems the most likely.

Check out Kendrick’s Instagram post below, and pay attention to the caption.
