As if there wasn’t enough controversy surrounding the Canadian superstar already, he is now being sued by his former bodyguard, who claims physical abuse from the 18-year-old.
Moshe Benabou filed a lawsuit seeking more than $420,000 in overtime and other wages, claiming that Bieber repeatedly punched him in the chest after a disagreement about how to handle a member of the Grammy-nominated singer’s entourage. Bieber fired him after he walked away, Benabou’s lawsuit claims.
Benabou is seeking unspecified damages on the assault and battery claims and $421,261 in unpaid overtime, vacation and other wage benefits.
This isn’t the first time that Bieber has been accused to violence either. In October Los Angeles prosecutors declined to file charges against Bieber after finding insufficient evidence that he punched and kicked a photographer outside a movie theater near his home in California.
But really, does anybody believe Justin Bieber could actually do any damage to a professional bodyguard? He’s so little!
