The grand jury investigating the Ferguson, Mo., shooting of unarmed Michael Brown by police officer Darren Wilson has reached a decision in the case and has decided to NOT indict Darren Wilson on murder charges.

Officer Darren Wilson could have faced an indictment of murder, been indicted on a lesser charge or not at all by the St. Louis County grand jury, which has been hearing testimony and getting evidence for months.

The decision not to indict Darren Wilson comes as a surprise to some, but an upset to almost everyone.
