Were you just as uncomfortable watching Go Daddy’s Super Bowl ad as we were?
It seems as though viewers weren’t too bothered because Go Daddy earned their biggest sales day in history following the spot.
The company provided Mashable with the following stats that illustrate a big increase over the comparable day in 2012:
Hosting sales jumped 45%.
Dot-com domain sales rose 40%.
New mobile customers increased by 35%.
The company added 10,000 customers in total.
Despite Go Daddy’s success, viewers didn’t seem to like the ads: “The Perfect Match” spot scored dead last in USA Today‘s Ad Meter.
