Evelyn Lozada Speaks Out: ‘My fairytale just ended’

Evelyn Lozada sat down with ABC to deliver her first interview following the domestic abuse incident with husband Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson, which left a 3-inch gash on her forehead and resulted in VH1 pulling the plug on their reality show.

In the clip, she shared her feelings on the public perception of her incident:

I understand it, but I also think that it’s like saying, ‘Well, look at that woman that…look at what she had on. That’s why she got raped,’ you know? I just feel like…I feel it’s a little unfair. Whatever the perception of me is on Basketball Wives, that doesn’t justify what happened that day.
