Earlier this week, a story hit the internet via Bossip alleging that Draymond Green got punched in the face by Tristan Thompson at a post-ESPYs party.
According to Draymond, that story is a lie.
Draymond posted a series of messages on his Instagram Story where he labeled the reports as “inaccurate.”
“I’ve enjoyed y’all stories and talk shows over the last couple days!!!,” he wrote. “Them joints inaccurate doe G!!! Aight, carry on my good people.”
After the story broke, Cavaliers fans planned a parade to celebrate the fact that Draymond got hit. The Facebook invite already has 4,500 people who said they’d go.

The event also prompted Draymond to take a swipe at Cavs fans, advising them to keep the parade on because “that city won’t have any for a while… I forgot Bron left.”
The shade!
