Beyoncé spent a lot of time at SoulCycle when she was pregnant with Rumi and Sir Carter — and now that they’re here she hasn’t given it up!

Bey and Jay were spotted leaving a SoulCycle in Santa Monica.

Sources say that during her pregnancy, Beyoncé and Jay-Z took a SoulCycle class “almost every day” all over Los Angeles.

According to those lucky to be in attendance, Bey and Jay often sneak into the classes after the lights go down and leave earlier than everyone else.
