According to TMZ, the actress is suing Corday Production Inc., executive producer Ken Corday and former EP Albert Alarr. Zucker alleges that Alarr — who was fired from Days over the summer following a workplace misconduct firestorm — sexually harassed her and other female employees on the show.

Per TMZ, Zucker says she was subjected to nonconsensual sexual touching and sexually harassing comments during Alarr’s tenure — “claiming he would frequently pull her close to his chest and make sexual moans while doing so.” She also alleges Alarr would make sexually suggestive remarks while filming.

Zucker — who has played Nicole on the NBC-turned-Peacock soap since 1998 — reportedly maintains that producers were well aware of Alarr’s behavior because she says “multiple women” reported his conduct to Corday Production Inc. Zucker herself allegedly met with Human Resources several times between March and June of last year. Alarr, however, wasn’t shown the door until August.

Cut to October, Zucker says Corday Productions refused to negotiate in “good faith” on her new contract, which expired last month.

TMZ says Zucker is suing for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, negligent hiring and supervision, and wrongful termination.

It was last July that Deadline reported that Alarr had been the subject of a nine-week internal investigation amid complaints that he had been “abusive” to staffers (cast members included), making them “feel uncomfortable and humiliated.” Alarr reportedly received a written warning and was asked to undergo training. However, he retained his positions as co-EP and director, “sparking outrage among cast and crew,” per Deadline.

Lisa Rinna — who in 2021 reprised her Days role of Billie Reed in the inaugural season of the Peacock offshoot Beyond Salem — corroborated some of the allegations last week, declaring in a since-deleted Instagram story, “I couldn’t believe the work environment. It was disgusting. I was shocked. I let many people know how I felt — Albert included.”
