President Obama delivered his first address after Donald Trump became the president elect on Wednesday morning.

The president optimistically spoke to a nation divided with Joe Biden at his side.

While referencing  a prior address to the nation, President Obama reminded everyone that “regardless of whether your candidate won or lost, the sun would come up in the morning.”

President Obama noted that despite him and Donald Trump having “pretty significant differences,” he says, “Ultimately, we’re all on the same team.”
