Wanda Sykes Supports Mo’Nique, Says Netflix Offered Her Less Than $500,000: ‘I Was Offended’

Wanda Sykes took to Twitter to voice support for Mo’Nique’s campaign against Netflix.

The actress/comedian says that Netflix offered her way less than the $500,000 Mo’Nique was offered.

Earlier this week, Mo’Nique called for a boycott of Netflix after alleging the streaming service is guilty of color bias and racial bias. Her accusations stem from the fact Netflix offered comedians like Amy Schumer and Dave Chappelle $11 million and $20 million for comedy specials while only offering her, a Black woman, $500,000.
