It’s been some time since Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick called it quits (the latter has already moved on with an 18-year-old model), but for perhaps the first time since their much-publicized breakup, the parents of three come face to face for a tearful conversation in the season 11 preview of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Elsewhere in the preview, Khloé strips down for her smoking hot Complex spread, the entire family gathers for Kylie’s 18th birthday dinner and Kim reveals that she could have diabetes.
