Following in the footsteps of married couple Boris Kodjoe and Nicole Ari Parker, Ice-T and his wife Coco are also receiving their own daytime talk show on FOX.
Ice & Coco, which begins airing August 3 in select markets (New York and Los Angeles are among those markets) as part of a three-week daily test run, will feature the happily married couple as they tackle current events and celebrity gossip. The show will also include celebrity interviews, fun segments and more.
Frank Cicha, SVP of Programming for FOX TV stations, released the following statement regarding Ice & Coco:
“We see this as another attempt to do something different — big personalities, new to the day part. Ice-T helped change popular culture. We’re trying to do the same thing for daytime.”
