Good Deed: John Legend & Chrissy Teigen Rescue a Three-Legged Puppy [Photos]

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen welcomed a new addition to their family — a three legged dog named Penny.

The couple took to Twitter to announce their new pet.

‘NEW FAMILY MEMBER ALERT!!’ Chrissy wrote alongside a photo on Sunday, re-posting John’s photo of himself cuddling with the dog.

‘She is our new little tripod lovebug. Yes. She has 3 legs WHICH IS MORE THAN YOU OKAY,’ she later tweeted before posting another photo sharing the dog’s name.

Chrissy went on to explain that the dog’s previous owners were unfit.

I won’t get too into it but let’s just say her first family were buttheads and we are happy to shower her with love for the rest of time!
