Ciara Puts Cyber-Bully on Blast via Instagram

Ciara has had enough of the cyber bullying and has decided to fight back.

She posted a photo of a woman who was hurling nasty insults her direction to Instagram and turned the tables on her.

She then posted a message to her fans reminding everybody that cyber bullying isn’t cool — especially when on the receiving end.
