“I made up my mind on September 14, 2022, that I was done with the alcohol,” the former OnlyFans model — whose birth name is Angela White — wrote on Instagram Friday alongside a series of snaps.

“This process is not easy but I did it, I plan on continuing practicing sobriety.”

Chyna then went on to thank those who supported and believed in her, including herself.

“Angela White is unstoppable, smart, beautiful, brave, a great mother, and a great friend,” she continued.

“I love you. ~ Angela White .”The “Rob & Chyna” alum, 35, added that she hopes her journey will inspire other people “struggling with any addiction.”

“Just know that you can do it and you are worth it,” she wrote. “God loves you. It’s so many different apps, and groups that can help you with this journey, and you’re not alone.”

Chyna — who stunned in fuchsia pink hair and a cheetah print blazer — proudly showed off her milestone celebration, which featured a cake, balloons and a bouquet of flowers.Several people congratulated the mom of two on her major accomplishment.

“Sobriety looks so good on you,” one fan wrote.

“Congratulations I’m extremely proud of you!! Keep up the great work,” another added.

Chyna’s sobriety is just one part of the transformative journey she embarked on earlier this year.

The model — who shares son King, 10, with ex Tyga and daughter Dream, 6, with ex Rob Kardashian — sought to change her life to be a better example for her kids.

She then went on to delete her OnlyFans in March, which reportedly brought in millions.

Weeks later, the former stripper revealed she underwent butt and breast reduction surgery.

In a vulnerable Instagram video, Chyna admitted she got her backside enlarged when she was 19.

“I just want all the ladies out there to know, do not get silicone shots because you can get sick, you can die, have complications and all this other crazy stuff,” she said at the time.

Chyna’s determination for change also led her to get baptized and revert back to her birth name.

Days later, she announced she removed “demonic” tattoos, which included a goat-headed symbol known as Baphomet.

“It gots to come off. I’m not about to have no mark of the beast,” she said in an Instagram video back in March.
