Kandi Burruss is finally going to walk down the aisle with Todd Tucker on April 4th, and yes — Mama Joyce will be in attendance!
The whole ceremony will be filmed for Bravo.
“I am not excited but I am going,” Mama Joyce told Radar Online when asked about the upcoming nuptials.
“It’s not my wedding. If she is happy then I am happy for her. If that’s who she wants to marry then I’m happy. As long as she is happy I am happy.”
It’s not the fuzzy welcome we were hoping she’d come around to, but at this point it’s a lot better than what it was.
“Kandi says she is happy so I just have to go by what she says,” her mother conceded.
Mama Joyce even says she won’t be interrupting the ceremony with an objection.
“I’m not going to stand up when they ask if anyone has any objections. I don’t have anything to say. Everyone knows how I feel.”
With the wedding being just the beginning of Kandi & Todd’s future, Mama Joyce is praying she is wrong about her son-in-law-to-be — especially considering Kandi and Todd want more children.
“Their father doesn’t make no difference to me. If she adopted, had another child with Todd, I will love it.”
Let’s hope the ceremony goes off without a hitch!
