Tyra Banks has a new man in her life.
The 45-year-old is said to be living with new boyfriend, Canadian businessman Louis Bélanger-Martin.

In October, we broke the news that Banks was been dating Bélanger-Martin. Now we’ve learned the couple has been seeing each other since August 2018 and are taking the next step in their relationship.
“Tyra and Louis live together but Louis always moves around a lot for business reasons,” the source said, adding that he and his ex-wife, Valérie Martin Scraire, have an apartment in England, a house in Barbados, and a home in Magog, Quebec.
We’re also told Bélanger-Martin travels to spend time with the 12-year-old son he shares with Scraire, and that Banks’ own son, 3-year-old York Banks Asla, has also been spending time with her new beau.
“Louis also spends some time with his own child in England and around the world for business,” said the source. “Tyra’s child has his own room at Louis [and] Valerie’s house in Magog and Tyra moved some of her stuff — clothes, jewelry — there too.”
Meanwhile, we hear Bélanger-Martin’s ex hasn’t had much direct contact with Banks, “mostly because she [doesn’t] want to.”
A spokesperson for Banks told Page Six, “[Scraire and Bélanger-Martin] are divorced, they have an amicable relationship and [are] harmoniously co-parenting their child” but did not comment on the status of Bélanger-Martin and Banks’ relationship.
We’re told Bélanger-Martin’s family and friends have known about his relationship with Banks since it started getting serious in August of last year.
Last month we reported that Banks was dating Bélanger-Martin after the two were spotted getting cozy on a “romantic date” at hotspot Hutong two nights in a row.
The duo has been photographed together several times in August and September, however, up until our report, Bank’s boyfriend was only referred to as a “Mystery man.”
Bélanger-Martin could not be reached for comment.
Scraire did not immediately reply to our request for comment.
